Privacy policy
What this site collects, who keeps it, and how to reach us. The short version: your email address if you give it to us, and nothing sold.

Who we are
The Marble Institute of Technology runs marbletech.us. Questions about this page, or about your data, go to Riley@marbletech.us.
When you subscribe
- Our sign-up forms (the Founders Journal, the Zipline report, the Logbook and the whitepaper) ask for one thing: your email address. The Zipline report form also asks, if you choose to answer, whether you invest professionally.
- We pass that to Beehiiv, the service that keeps our mailing list and sends our emails. With it go the page you signed up on and, if the link you followed carried them, its campaign tags. Whitepaper sign-ups are tagged “whitepaper”.
- Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. To have your address deleted entirely, write to us.
The whitepaper form
Before it accepts an address, the whitepaper form asks Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm a person sent it. For that check Cloudflare receives your IP address and some details about your browser. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile privacy policy.
Cookies and storage
- One cookie. After you give your email for the whitepaper, a cookie lets this browser read the full paper for a year. It holds an expiry date and a signature. Nothing about you.
- One reminder, on your device only. On the Journal page, your browser remembers whether you closed or used the small subscribe card, so it does not keep asking. That stays in your browser and is never sent to us.
- No advertising cookies. No tracking pixels. No tracking across other sites.
Analytics and hosting
- We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- Cloudflare hosts the site. Like any web host, it handles your IP address to deliver and protect the pages you ask for.
Videos and links to other services
- Posts and podcast episodes play videos from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. Once you play one, Google’s privacy policy applies to it.
- Booking a call opens Google Calendar. Asking for the sample pack opens a Tally form. What you type there is covered by those services’ own policies.
Our data
The Institute publishes data from public records, starting with the FAA’s aircraft registry. We publish and sell company-level data only: aircraft owned by individuals are counted in totals but never named, no street address appears in any table, and every export is checked for personal data before it leaves. We do not sell personal data, yours or anyone else’s. More on Compliance.
YouTube API Services
The Institute uses YouTube API Services to manage its own YouTube channel. It does not access other users’ YouTube accounts or data. YouTube’s side of this is governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
Changes
When what the site does changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top moves.
